Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is looking for experienced DevSecOps specialists and Platform Engineers for an advanced consultancy assignment in defence- and security-related technology.

🔧 About the assignment
The assignment involves modernising and further developing an enterprise software development platform, focusing on Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git-based tools and DevSecOps.
You will work both strategically and operationally to design the target architecture, automate development workflows, modernise existing toolchains and ensure stable operations and long-term maintainability.
The platform will support the entire lifecycle, from code development and testing to security scanning, artefact management, deployment and operations. Particular focus is on on-premises and security-classified environments.
🎯 Main responsibilities
Design target architectures for development platforms and DevSecOps capabilities.
Develop a roadmap and transformation strategy for modernising the platform.
Design and implement Kubernetes-based platform solutions.
Develop and automate CI/CD architecture and delivery workflows.
Integrate development tools with infrastructure, security solutions and identity platforms.
Lead the migration and consolidation of existing development tools and toolchains.
Ensure scalability, security, compliance, governance and lifecycle management.
Manage existing platform services and contribute to stable operations and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with platform engineers, security specialists and business representatives.
Contribute to establishing a sustainable Platform Engineering function for the long term.
Translate architectural principles into working solutions through hands-on implementation and deployment to production.

✅ Highest-priority skills
We are looking for senior specialists with proven experience in several of the following areas:
Solution architecture for development platforms.
Platform Engineering and establishing enterprise platforms.
Kubernetes platforms, including architecture and operational management.
CI/CD architecture and automation.
DevSecOps and integrating security throughout the development lifecycle.
Operations, maintenance and management of platform services.

🛠️ Other important technical skills
Experience with the following technologies and areas is also highly relevant:
GitLab and Jenkins.
Enterprise development platforms and Git-based workflows.
Security architecture, compliance and governance.
Identity and access management (IAM).
Artefact management and security scanning in CI/CD processes.

⭐ Desirable experience
Experience with the following would be a particular advantage:
Artifactory and SonarQube.
Migration from Atlassian products such as Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence.
Automation and tool development using Python or Go.
Platforms in isolated or air-gapped environments.
Operations and management of on-premises data centres.
Establishing and migrating development platforms in production environments with high security requirements.
