As Restaurant Manager with us at Spill Saluhall & Eatery, you will play a key role in driving and shaping our restaurant experience.
About the role
As Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for the business and represent Spill as an employer. Your main task is to lead the work so that we achieve our goals for results, guest experience and employee satisfaction. You are expected to provide hands-on leadership close to day-to-day operations, coaching your employees according to the needs of the business.
Your main duties:
Leadership & Development: You lead and direct the business towards set goals and are responsible for staff meetings and employee reviews.
Quality Assurance: You ensure that the “Spill spirit”, characterised by care, quality and genuine hospitality, runs through every guest interaction.
Operations & Planning: You are responsible for appropriate staffing, purchasing, stocktaking and ensuring that menus are adapted to the needs of the business.
Finance & Results: You have financial responsibility for results and monitor forecasts, budgets and key figures.
Safety & Environment: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation (the Swedish Alcohol Act and food safety requirements) and Spill’s own policies, as well as driving the department’s environmental and sustainability goals.

Who are you?
We are looking for a confident leader with the ability to inspire. You are organised enough to handle administrative routines and self-monitoring, but thrive most when you can be present in day-to-day operations alongside your team.
We would like you to have:
Experience in leadership within the restaurant industry.
A good understanding of finance, key figures and scheduling.
Knowledge of Swedish alcohol legislation and food safety.
A strong commitment to sustainability and the environment.
