PRODUCTION WORKER - LÖVSTJÄRNAN FABRIKS AB

Join us in building the defence technology of the future: we are looking for a meticulous production worker!
Some products cannot be almost right. They have to work. Every time. Under all conditions. That is why we are now looking for a meticulous production worker who wants to help build the defence technology of the future.
Would you like to be part of an operation where quality, precision and safety are the focus? Do you enjoy a practical role where your work contributes to the production of products and systems that are vital to society? Then this could be your next step.
About the role
As a Production Worker, you contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality production. You work with assembly according to drawings and work instructions, operate production equipment, carry out quality checks, and document production data and deviations. The role also includes materials handling through stock checks, picking, kitting and internal transport.
You will be an important part of the production chain and work closely with production engineers, quality functions and logistics teams to ensure a stable production flow. You read and interpret technical drawings, take part in production start-ups and actively contribute to improvement work focused on efficiency, quality and safety. At the same time, you ensure compliance with applicable requirements for documentation, traceability and safety.
About you
You are a meticulous and responsible person who thrives in a production environment where quality and structure are essential. You have experience in manufacturing and are comfortable working according to clear processes, instructions and documentation requirements. You probably have upper secondary or post-secondary education in production, mechanics, electronics or industrial technology, and have previously worked in assembly, production, processing or logistics.
You are collaborative, quality-conscious and solution-oriented. You communicate easily with colleagues in production, logistics and engineering, and are happy to contribute ideas that improve working methods and processes. As the operation takes place in a security-classified environment, it is important that you have high integrity, a security-conscious approach to work and the ability to handle confidential information.
We would like you to have experience with ERP or MPS systems, preferably Monitor, and good spoken and written Swedish and English.
What we offer
You will have the opportunity to work in an operation that is vital to society, where quality, technology and development are at the centre. The role offers varied work that is important to the operation's results and gives you the opportunity to develop in modern manufacturing and production. You will be part of a committed team where collaboration, improvement work and great professional pride shape everyday life. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a structured and technologically advanced environment where your contribution makes a difference every day.
