About the assignment
Our client, a large public healthcare organisation, is introducing a new Identity and Access Management platform based on SailPoint IdentityIQ and needs to strengthen the project team. The assignment covers analysis, design, implementation, configuration and integration, as well as support in establishing both technology and processes for identity management and access governance. You will work as an IAM/IGA specialist and contribute both technical expertise and experience of business-focused change management. You will report to the platform manager.
Your responsibilities
Analyse needs and design solutions for identity and access management
Implement, configure and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ for the lifecycle management of users and access rights, in both on-premises and SaaS environments
Integrate the platform with the client’s business-critical systems and directory services
Support the establishment of technical solutions and associated processes
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Document technical solutions
Independently plan and carry out activities within your area of responsibility

Requirements
SailPoint IdentityIQ
At least 5 years’ documented experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ
Participation in at least two completed IAM projects in which IdentityIQ was the central platform
Experience configuring and troubleshooting IdentityIQ for user and access-rights lifecycle management in different types of systems

IAM/IGA
At least 10 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration
Good understanding of IAM/IGA architecture, access governance, Identity Governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and RBAC and ABAC

Integrations
Experience integrating with healthcare information systems, the HSA directory service, the Swedish Tax Agency’s Navet service, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), HR systems, LDAP directories, and business and operational systems
Experience with APIs, SOAP, SCIM, XML and JSON, Graph API, JDBC and LDAP

Programming
Good knowledge of Java, BeanShell, SQL and PowerShell

Projects and delivery
Experience of major change projects and agile ways of working

Languages
Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Good ability to document technical solutions

Desirable
Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), for example CyberArk, BeyondTrust or similar
Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager
Experience working in accordance with NIS2 and GDPR
Experience with risk analyses and internal controls relating to access management
Experience from the public sector, for example a region or municipality
Experience with complex organisations with many operational systems and large user volumes
