Testing Engineer in Electrical Power

About the role
As a testing engineer, you will work in a committed team focused on product maintenance and upgrades to our client’s products. The role is varied and project-based. You will act as a link across testing activities, planning, carrying out and following up on technical work and tests. You will build a broad network of contacts and work closely with everyone from R&D and production to marketing, customers and suppliers.

Duties
Drive and take part in testing activities and projects, for example type testing and providing support for R&D projects
Work on product maintenance, upgrades and problem-solving
Provide technical support to the sales and marketing departments for complex customer applications, and produce training materials
Collaborate with internal functions such as procurement, supply chain and production
Build and maintain good relationships with external partners, suppliers and customers

We are looking for someone who:
Is motivated by technical challenges, enjoys taking ownership of projects and thrives in an international environment with a strong team spirit. You may be a recent graduate or have a few years of experience.
We believe you have:
A degree in electrical power engineering, electrical engineering, energy systems or a similar technical field
Advanced spoken and written English
Good communication skills in Swedish (a strong advantage for smooth collaboration with local departments and the workshop)

It is an advantage if you have:
Experience in test planning, test execution or experimental testing
Experience in mechanical or electrical simulation and project coordination
