Chef wanted for Idre Himmelfjäll - Dalarna!

Would you like to cook with passion, work in a close-knit team and have the magnificent mountains of Idre right on your doorstep?

For the coming winter season, we are looking for committed and cheerful chefs to join our kitchen team at Renen & Älgen -Idre Himmelfjäll. Here, we create memorable dining experiences for guests of all ages.

About the role
As a chef with us, you will work with à la carte dishes, well-prepared family buffets and special diets. We place great importance on good-quality ingredients and want to offer a menu that suits the whole family. The pace is high during the season, but the atmosphere is warm and unpretentious, and everyone pitches in wherever needed. We work together here: we enjoy working as a team and bringing great energy to one another and to our guests.

The position is a fixed-term winter employment, with the possibility of an extension. We may be able to offer staff accommodation during the period of employment.

Who are you?
You are passionate about cooking, enjoy working in a team and bring positive energy to your workplace. You have chef training and/or equivalent work experience, are confident in the kitchen and can work with both hot and cold food. You are able to work under pressure, thorough and love preparing high-quality food. You also have good knowledge of food hygiene. You communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish and/or English. A Category B driving licence (B-körkort) is required.
