This as Russia avoids attacking the Ukrainian capital when Kellogg is there.

When Keith Kellogg is in Kyiv, Kyiv's residents can sleep safely. Thank you. I wish you could visit all the cities in Ukraine, says Zelensky at a press conference.

I am ready to offer General Kellogg citizenship. He can get an apartment – whatever he needs, if it can get Russia to lay down its arms.

Zelensky says that Kellogg "is at least as good as Patriot", the American air defense system that Ukraine uses.

Despite all the pressure from, for example, the US, it seems that no one can stop the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, 3.5 years after it began. And according to Volodymyr Zelensky, there is no doubt about what the Russian President Vladimir Putin is after.

Putin's goal is to occupy all of Ukraine. And no matter what he says to anyone, it is clear that he has set this war machine in motion in such a way that he simply cannot stop it unless he is fundamentally forced to change his personal goals, says Zelensky.
