In some media, the meeting with the US President Donald Trump has been described as a Ukrainian defeat, since Zelenskyj did not immediately get a promise about the Tomahawk robots that Kyiv wants to combat the Russian war of aggression.
But at the EU summit on Thursday in Brussels, the Ukrainian leader describes the meeting in Washington DC with a smile.
