The last time Musovic played for the national team was against Serbia in December 2024, when Sweden qualified for the European Championship in Switzerland the following summer.

The 30-year-old missed the championship due to her pregnancy, but tonight, at home against Lithuania at Strawberry Arena in Solna, she will make her 28th international appearance. Jennifer Falk will be benched.

"We are both happy and proud of the journey Zecira has made to get back and, like many other players, she has looked really good in training, where the players have shown incredible attitude and cohesion," national team coach Tony Gustavsson tells the Swedish Football Association's website.

Sweden won 5–0 away on Friday. Compared with that starting lineup, Gustavsson is also making one change in attack. Stina Blackstenius starts up front at the expense of Evelyn Ijeh, alongside Felicia Schröder, who scored a hat-trick last time out.

The winner of the two-legged tie will face either Scotland or the Czech Republic for a place at the World Cup in Brazil this summer. Scotland won the first leg 2–0.

The match kicks off at 7:00 p.m.

Sweden's starting lineup: Zecira Musovic – Smilla Holmberg, Nathalie Björn, Bella Andersson, Anna Sandberg – Matilda Vinberg, Hanna Lundkvist, Julia Zigiotti Olme, Anna Anvegård – Felicia Schröder, Stina Blackstenius.
