The Islamist Huthi movement in Yemen, supported by Iran, accuses the USA of having carried out extensive airstrikes against, among other things, the capital Sanaa.
The extremist movement's TV channel Al-Masirah reported nighttime attacks on Sanaa airport, parts of central and southern Sanaa, as well as the regions of Saada and Jawf. Seven people were injured in the attacks.
The Huthi movement said that "warships in the Red Sea, including the aircraft carrier USS Harry S Truman" and Israel's Ben Gurion airport had been targets.
Israel announced on Friday that two drones from Yemen had been shot down.
The US military leadership has announced that larger military operations are being carried out against Yemen, including airstrikes against the Huthi movement that began on March 15.
