A woman in her 80s has died after an apartment fire on Kungsholmen in central Stockholm, the police said on their website.
The fire broke out at about 4 a.m. on Saturday, and parts of the property had to be evacuated. The woman was taken to hospital by ambulance but was later pronounced dead from her injuries.
