Fire warnings have been issued in several departments in southern France. Fires have been recorded at about 30 locations, and around 2,000 firefighters are working to extinguish them, according to Franceinfo.

On Thursday, around 3,000 people were evacuated after a fire broke out at a campsite in the town of Sainte-Marie-la-Mer in southwestern France.

A forest fire has raged in northern Portugal for more than two days, injuring four people. Three more fires are burning in the region, and 1,000 firefighters are involved in the firefighting effort.

In northeastern Spain, more than 200 firefighters are battling a forest fire near the tourist destination of Costa Brava on the Mediterranean. Residents in ten municipalities are being urged to stay indoors.
