Buy an apartment in Nordic region's tallest building?
There are 611 apartments of various sizes, ranging from one-bedroom apartments of 25 sqm to apartments spanning three floors and nearly 400 sqm. For example, a 1.5-bedroom apartment with a kitchen on the 45th floor is for sale with a starting price of SEK 3,990,000. This works out to approximately SEK 104,000 per sqm, which still feels reasonable for the size and the magical view that an apartment on the 45th floor can offer. [2]
