Vårgårda municipality reports itself according to lex Sarah to the Inspection for care and nursing (Ivo) after two incidents at a residence earlier this year, reports P4 Sjuhärad.
According to the report, a resident was soaked in urine and another had been sitting with dried feces for a longer period.
The incidents are described in an investigation from the municipality as a serious misconduct with deficiencies in care, responsibility and management.
