The figures have been driven by the "unrelenting conflicts" in the Gaza Strip and Sudan, where 181 and 60 humanitarian aid workers were killed in 2024, respectively.
State actors are the most common perpetrators, according to the UN.
Most of those killed are locally employed and were killed either at work or in their homes.
During the year, an additional 308 aid workers were injured, while 125 were kidnapped and 45 were arrested.
Preliminary figures for this year, up to August 14, amount to 265 killed aid workers.
