The attacks caused both personal injuries and damage to property, according to the UN's humanitarian coordination agency, OCHA.
An average of eight incidents occurred per day during the month of October, they write.
Many of the attacks took place in connection with the olive harvest. Settler violence during this year’s harvest season has reached the highest levels recorded in recent years, according to Ocha. In total, around 150 attacks specifically targeting the olive harvest have been documented, with over 140 Palestinians injured as a result. In addition, over 4,200 trees and saplings have been vandalized.
Since 2006, when the UN began recording settler violence in the West Bank, Israeli settlers have carried out more than 9,600 attacks on Palestinians in the area. About 15 percent of them – about 1,500 – have occurred this year.
In addition, at least 42 children have been killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, so far this year.
“This means that every fifth Palestinian killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank in 2025 has been a child,” writes Ocha .
