The factory, which Ukraine says produced attack and reconnaissance drones, was reportedly attacked on Tuesday night.
"The SBU's special operations center Alpha, together with units of the Ukrainian Navy's forces and equipment group, attacked the production buildings at the Atlant Aero factory," the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) said in a statement.
According to the SBU, the attack caused a series of explosions and a fire. The information has not been independently verified.
