Ukraine and Russia have exchanged more prisoners of war in the third exchange during the week, as a result of the talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul recently.
”They all need medical treatment, and they will absolutely get the care they need. This is already the second stage of returning seriously injured and seriously ill soldiers”, writes Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelenskyj on X.
In addition to the injured and the ill, the two countries have also exchanged deceased soldiers during the week.
Zelenskyj adds that the work to bring home everyone from Russian captivity continues.
