A man and a woman have been shot near a gate to an apartment building in Alby, but only the man has been shot.
When police arrived at the scene, the suspected perpetrator was still there.
"It's going very quickly and we can arrest him. He also has injuries. It doesn't seem to be gunshot wounds but other types of injuries," says police spokesman Daniel Wikdahl.
Both men were conscious when they were taken to hospital.
The woman has no injuries that require hospital treatment.
Police are investigating the incident as attempted murder. The alarm was raised at 2:22 p.m. on Saturday.
