Two companies, operating in Malmberget, are suing the state-owned mining giant LKAB for over 700 million kronor.

The transformation of the area in connection with the mine expansion has resulted in significant economic damage to the two companies Nordan and Uterus, writes NAP Juridik and Kultur, which handles the compensation process for the two companies.

"Lost customers, demolitions and asbestos remediation in close proximity and staff who have been forced to leave the premises after severe tremors are what we have had to endure for several years", says Uterus Group's Ola Johansson in a press release.
