Awareness of the letter has raised demands for it to be made public in the ongoing debate about the investigation into Epstein's crimes.
Previously, over 33,000 documents from the investigation into Epstein have been made public. But demands for all information about Epstein's actions to be disclosed have grown in strength in recent times.
On Monday, the House of Representatives and its oversight committee chose to make public a letter from Trump, in which he congratulated Epstein on his birthday.
The text is framed with an outline of a naked female body, with lines of text such as "a friend is something fantastic. Congratulations on your birthday - let every day be another day of fantastic secrets".
The letter is said to have been included in a birthday album compiled for Epstein in 2003.
Trump denies being behind the text and the drawing. He has sued the newspaper The Wall Street Journal for ten billion dollars for reporting on the letter.
Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his prison cell in 2019 while awaiting trial. In a previous case, Epstein admitted to sex crimes in the state of Florida in 2007.
