During the night, the activists painted "Gaza is not for sale" in massive letters on the lawn at the Turnberry facility, and used red spray paint to paint on the outer wall of the clubhouse.
The group claims that it "rejects Donald Trump's treatment of Gaza as if it were his property that he can dispose of as he pleases".
"To make it clear, we have shown him that his own property is not protected from resistance actions".
The Scottish police report that they received information about damage to the golf course early on Saturday, and that the incident is being investigated.
Trump has stated on several occasions that the USA will "take over" Gaza, relocate Palestinians, and transform the war-torn area into "the Middle East's Riviera".
