When Donald Trump – for the second time – was sworn in as the President of the USA on January 20, it was with the best opinion ratings so far during his political career. But soon 100 days later, it's different.
According to surveys from both CNN and ABC News/Washington Post, the support is now low – only 41 and 39 percent, respectively, support how Trump handles his job. This means you have to go back to 1953 and 1945 to find lower support. Recently, Fox News presented a similar survey showing that Trump had support from only 44 percent of those asked.
At the end of February, Trump had support from 48 percent of those asked in a CNN survey. The corresponding survey by ABC News/Washington Post at the time showed 45 percent support.
On April 29, Trump had sat exactly 100 days as president during his second term.
In CNN's survey, 1,678 people participated, in ABC News/Washington Post's 2,464 people, and in Fox News' survey 1,104 people participated. The margin of error is estimated to be 2.9, 2, and 3 percentage points, respectively.
