The President of the USA, Donald Trump, has signed a bill proposal to withdraw grants of nine billion dollars, equivalent to about 86 billion kronor, which would have gone to, among other things, aid and public service.
The proposal is part of the plans for cutbacks at the efficiency agency Doge.
