The United States and Saudi Arabia signed an agreement on Wednesday that ultimately aims to establish a civilian nuclear power programme in Saudi Arabia.
On Thursday, Trump wrote that Saudi Arabia must join the so-called Abraham Accords, which stipulate normalised relations with Israel. The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan have already signed on, and Trump has wanted to see more countries do so.
