Kazakhstan will join the so-called Abraham Accords, says US President Donald Trump.
The Abraham Accords are a series of agreements to normalize relations with Israel. The first agreements were signed between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, respectively, during Trump's first term, 2017–2021.
The move is largely symbolic as Kazakhstan has had diplomatic relations with Israel since 1992, according to the AP.
