Three people were reportedly killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region on Monday night, according to Governor Andrei Vorobyov.
In a post on Telegram, Vorobyov writes that five more people have been injured in the region.
According to the Kyiv Independent, Ukraine has attacked an oil facility in Stavropol in southern Russia. No deaths have been reported there.
