The police and customs found 130 kilos of amphetamine in a motorhome outside Hörnefors in Umeå municipality. Now three people are sentenced to prison after the large narcotics seizure, writes Västerbottens-Kuriren.
The seizure was made in December last year at a gas station. The authorities became suspicious of the motorhome. The two people in the vehicle, a woman and a man from Germany, stated that they were on their way to a skiing holiday in Finland.
Now the two are sentenced to six years and six months in prison for extremely serious narcotics smuggling. A man from Stockholm is sentenced to five years and six months in prison for aiding and abetting extremely serious narcotics smuggling.
