The climbers belonged to a seven-person expedition from Latvia.
The fall occurred near Denali Pass, a popular but dangerous route up the 6,190-meter mountain. Their bodies have not yet been recovered, according to the National Park Service (NPS).
A fourth climber has been evacuated and is reported to be critically injured.
Due to bad weather, rescue workers had to wait before they could set out to reach the victims.
Three other climbers in the group escaped unharmed and took care of those who fell until rescue personnel arrived.
