A 17-year-old boy is being prosecuted for murder, a similarly aged teenager for instigation, and a third person, a man in his 30s, for aiding and abetting murder and serious narcotics offenses.
According to Alvinsson, there is nothing to suggest that the young father – a man in his 50s – was the actual target.
We have not found anything in this investigation that shows he had any enemies, but rather we have been able to show that this is a shooting that occurs in the national conflict where people have been recruited to carry out a shooting.
Shot at a lying person
But it's not that the perpetrator has aimed at one person and hit another, according to Alvinsson.
I mean that the perpetrator has clearly shown that he wanted to take the life of the person in front of him. He shot at the person first, then entered the residence and fired additional shots at a lying person, he says.
The 17-year-old being prosecuted for murder is also being prosecuted for serious weapons offenses and serious crimes against the law on flammable and explosive goods.
17-year-old denies
He has admitted that he was at the crime scene and handled the actual weapon, but denied that he was the one who shot.
The other two have not stated their position on the suspicions.
The fatal shooting occurred in an apartment in southern Malmö at the beginning of October last year. The man was in the apartment with his family when he was hit by two shots.
