Hosts Assia Dahir, Linnéa Wikblad and Hampus Hedström will enter the cage at Stora Torget in Karlstad on Monday. During the week, they will be joined by a steady stream of guests.
On the first evening, Daniela Rathana and later Thomas Stenström will perform live. There will be different themes during the week, and one is the love theme on Tuesday evening, when artist Lars Lerin and author Amanda Romare will be guests.
The fact that the cage is in Karlstad this year is clear, as many of the guests live in or have connections to the city, such as Bengt Alsterlind, Johan Östling and Hanna Hellquist. In addition, Värmland's prides Sven-Ingvars, Gerd and Da Buzz will be playing live during the week.
Other artists participating include Oskar Linnros, Albin Lee Meldau and Arvid Nero as well as Cleo and Stuzzi.
"Musikhjälpen" will be broadcast from December 1–7. The broadcast has been made by P3 Sveriges Radio, SVT and Radiohjälpen since 2008. This year's traveling reporter is foreign correspondent Love Lyssarides and the square reporter will be Pontus Bjernekull Mörner.
