It was already clear that Rosengård had agreed to the men's team being incorporated and that FCK would become a co-owner.
The Swedish Football Association had the final say, and now Rosengård announces via its website that the decision is yes.
The new organization will begin work immediately ahead of the league season that starts in April, Rosengård announces.
FCK's owner Parken Sport & Entertainment is forming a limited company together with Rosengård's major sponsor Danir.
The parties receive 49 percent of the votes in the men's club that plays in Division 1. The remaining 51 percent remain with the association.
