The two teenagers were traveling on a moped on the bridge in the Stockholm suburb of Bromma when they collided with the man.
During the rampage, the man also collided with two passenger cars and a bus, which caused both personal injuries and material damage, according to the prosecutor.
According to the investigation, the accused man was under the influence of alcohol and exceeded the speed limit. Investigations of the vehicles have not revealed any defects or deficiencies that are considered to have contributed to the accidents.
The man is being prosecuted for, among other things, gross negligence leading to another's death, as well as gross bodily harm, gross drunk driving, and gross negligence in traffic.
