At 22.30 on Monday, the police received several alarms about a shooting in the Grusåsen district in Södertälje. No person was injured in connection with the shooting, but the police discovered several bullet holes in the building and could confirm that shots had entered the apartment.
Just before 02 o'clock, on the night towards Tuesday, the police announced that a person has been arrested in another municipality.
Prosecutor Lukas Tigerstrand says it's too early to comment on any potential motive, but confirms that the perpetrator who has been detained is a teenage girl under 18 years old. She will be questioned during the afternoon or evening.
