The 15-year-old boy who was arrested after the discovery of a large number of hand grenades in Malmö on Friday has been detained, reports SVT Skåne.
The boy, who comes from the Gothenburg area, is suspected of extremely serious crime against the law on flammable and explosive goods.
Together with him, two men in their 25 and 30 years old were also arrested.
The police received the alarm call about a "suspicious dangerous object" in Västra hamnen just before 18.30 on Friday evening. Soon it was deemed to be about several dangerous objects, whereupon a large operation was initiated, and a so-called VMA, important message to the public, was issued.
