The 15-year-old teenager spent the night at a 58-year-old man's place in northwestern Copenhagen in April last year. There, he also received two weapons. The plan was to then head to the motorcycle gang's local hangout just outside Copenhagen to shoot several unidentified people.
However, the boy never got to carry out the murder as he was arrested by the Danish police.
The prosecutor had requested a longer sentence, but the court has taken into account the defendant's young age and that he has an autism diagnosis and ADHD.
The man he stayed with is acquitted of the charge of accessory to attempted murder, as the court does not consider it proven that he knew the boy had a murder assignment. On the other hand, he is convicted of serious weapons offenses, since the boy stored weapons at his home, which he was aware of.
