The Swedes shined for Minnesota in 6-1 playoff rout of Dallas

Eriksson Ek started on the top line and scored his - and the game's - first goal in the sixth minute.

After that, his teammates continued to score before the Karlstad native struck again with the 5-1 goal in the ninth minute of the third period.

The team's Swedish goaltender Jesper Wallstedt also played a great game, making 27 saves in the game. For that effort, he was named player of the game.

"I was definitely nervous. I think it shows that it matters. I like to be a little nervous, and I think it's a good thing," Wallstedt told nhl.com after his first-ever playoff game.
