It was the Västerbotten Football Association that had submitted a motion to Saturday's annual meeting calling for guidelines and a clear policy regarding countries that violate human rights.

Board member Jens T Andersson pointed out that such work had already been initiated by the federation board in 2025 and that a broader meeting - something called a chairman's dialogue - would be held on Sunday, where the guidelines would be discussed. The board thus considered that the motion had been answered.

Västerbottens FF made an additional request that a deadline for reporting be set, and the meeting decided that the guideline should be made public on the association's website by October 1.
