According to the employer, the union is trying to push aside the collective agreement with Transport.
”The law is very clear. It is not allowed to strike to push aside a valid collective agreement,” says negotiations chief Johan Grauers in a press release.
AD has previously rejected a similar request from Sveriges Hamnar, which however believes that the situation is different now since Hamnarbetarförbundet recently declined to sign a so-called secondary agreement.
The union, which denies that the purpose is to push aside the existing collective agreement, is demanding, among other things, better protection for elected officials.
