It was not long ago that the teams met in a dramatic match at Strawberry Arena in Solna. Sweden won 3-2 against Poland in the World Cup playoff in March after a late goal by Viktor Gyökeres. Anthony Elanga and Gustaf Lagerbielke scored Sweden's other goals, while Nicola Zalewski and Karol Świderski netted for Poland.
