For a mortgage with a one-year term, Swedbank will increase the listed rate on the mortgage by 0.30 percentage points. For a two-year loan, there will be an increase of 0.35 percentage points, and for longer terms the interest rate will increase by 0.40 percentage points.

The interest rate on mortgages with a three-month fixed term, so-called floating interest rates, is left unchanged.

Danske Bank is also raising its fixed mortgage rates. Interest rates with a fixed term of between one and ten years will be increased by 0.20–0.40 percentage points.

Last week, SBAB and Nordea also raised their long-term interest rates.

Corrected: In a previous version, the wrong unit was used for the increase.
