Swedbank is the latest bank to raise mortgage rates. On Monday, it adjusted its listed rates for fixed-term mortgages with maturities between one and ten years. The one-year rate will be raised by 0.09 percentage points, while rates on longer fixed-term mortgages will be raised by 0.10 percentage points.
The three-month interest rate is left unchanged.
In recent weeks, Nordea, Skandiabanken and SBAB, among others, have raised their fixed mortgage interest rates.
