The more-traded B-share of Viaplay Group, the parent company of the streaming service Viaplay, rose 1.1 percent on Thursday. But the A-share was the worst performer on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, falling 14.3 percent.
At the same time, telecommunications operator Telia fell 1.2 percent and was the second-worst performer on the index of the 30 most-traded stocks, with only nine stocks closing in the red.
At the time, a contract dispute between the companies was ongoing, and 1.2 million Telia subscribers risked losing access to Viaplay's channels starting Friday.
During the evening it became clear that an agreement had been reached between the parties.
Corrected: A previous version gave unclear information about which of Viaplay's shares plummeted.
