The woman's body was reportedly found near Kyiv on Monday evening, writes Ukrainian Pravda.
According to the newspaper's sources within the justice system, she had been shot dead.
In the bombing in Monaco last week, three people were injured, according to several media reports: a Ukrainian oligarch, his partner and a teenage child. The adults suffered serious injuries.
The suspected perpetrator fled on foot towards France and a police hunt for a woman "with a fisherman's hat and a snake tattoo" was launched.
The oligarch reported to have been the target of the attack is described as one of Ukraine's richest men. He is subject to Ukrainian sanctions due to his business activities in the wine and spirits industry in the Russian-occupied Crimean peninsula.
