The order concerns the construction and mechanical and electrical installations for One Appold Street in London, UK, Skanska says in a press release.
"The current facade is being replaced, the floor plan is being extended in all directions and six new floors are being added to the existing steel frame. This will result in a 14-story building with approximately 33,500 square meters of high-quality office space and 4,500 square meters for a gym, restaurant facilities and rooftop terrace," Skanska says.
