Skanska renovates the opera house for 3.5 billion

Skanska will be renovating the Royal Opera House in Stockholm, the Swedish Property Board announced in a press release.

The upcoming renovation is estimated to cost 3.5 billion SEK and is the Swedish Property Board's most extensive project to date.

“We are satisfied with the outcome of the procurement and look forward to starting the collaboration,” says Maria Östholm, director and project owner for the renovation of the opera building at the Swedish Property Board, in a press release.
