The variable mortgage rate, with a three-month term, is unchanged, Skandia writes in a press release.
"The interest rate adjustment is motivated by the recent rise in longer market interest rates," writes Skandia.
The increase in long-term mortgage rates is in line with announcements from Danske Bank and the state mortgage bank SBAB last week.
