Russia has escalated attacks on critical infrastructure in Ukraine, such as the country's power grid, despite ongoing U.S. mediation to reach a peace agreement.
A total of six people were killed in the attacks overnight on Friday. A pair of 19-year-old twins and their eight-year-old brother were killed in Kramatorsk in Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine. Two were killed in the southern city of Odesa.
Russian forces fired a missile and 154 drones overnight, according to the Ukrainian Air Force. On Friday morning, there were still reports of drones or projectiles in Ukrainian airspace.
