Mortgages with a one-year fixed term will be increased by 0.10 percentage points, while interest rates on mortgages with a 2-7 year fixed term will be increased by 0.20 percentage points. For loans with a ten-year fixed term, there will be an increase of 0.15 percentage points.
The announcement comes after the Swedish Central Bank, in an interest rate announcement last week, signaled 2-3 increases in the key interest rate, starting at the end of the year.
