SBAB lowers the interest rates on mortgages with maturities of 1-10 years by 0.10-0.25 percentage points, writes the state mortgage institute in a press release.
For a two-year mortgage, this gives a so-called list rate of 3.51 percent, according to the bank.
The interest rate on SBAB's mortgages with a maturity of three months, the so-called variable mortgage rate, remains unchanged.
According to SBAB, the variable mortgage rate has so far this year been lowered by 0.60 percentage points.
